Our Story Begins Almost 10 Years Ago…

In 2016, a close friend of mine educated me on the importance of men’s personal care… beyond the basics of my morning routine: shower, shave, deodorant and go. I began incorporating a talc-based body deodorant available at the local pharmacy to keep me smelling and feeling fresh all over…. not just for my armpits.

By 2017 I learned of the risks of common ingredients in the body powder and underarm deodorants I had been using. Specifically how things like preservatives, aluminum, fragrances were all wreaking havoc on my body (disrupting hormones, exacerbating irritation, etc), AND putting my partner’s body at risk. Even the talc in the pharmacy-grade deodorant I had been using has been proven potentially carcinogenic.

In 2018, I began formulating my own body powder that I trusted, using all natural and organic ingredients.

Over the next few years I adjusted the formula until I was happy using it daily. Keeping me smelling great, dry, and irritation-free from my torso to my toes.

In 2024 I began the journey of sharing my learnings, and this product, to you.

Here we are in 2025. I am launching DVAL Men’s Body Powder so you too can be confident and healthy, all day and all night.
